After a winter of planning, preparing, and maintaining our land, the time has come to plant the first crops of the year. This past few weeks, we’ve started planting our lettuce, laying the foundations for another season of fresh, homegrown produce. In the coming weeks, we’ll begin sowing our baby leaf varieties, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality greens for the months ahead.
