The fields at Bryan’s Salads are coming back to life as we begin the 2025 season. After a winter of planning, preparing, and maintaining our land, the time has come to plant the first crops of the year. This past few weeks, we’ve started planting our lettuce, laying the foundations for another season of fresh, homegrown produce. In the coming weeks, we’ll begin sowing our baby leaf varieties, ensuring a steady supply of high-quality greens for the months ahead.
As a family business, we take great pride in growing and packing fresh salads that help feed this great nation. Every year brings new challenges, but our commitment remains the same: to provide the UK with the best quality produce, grown right here on British soil.
With the fields filling up and the first signs of growth appearing, there’s a renewed sense of energy on the farm. The days are getting longer, and before we know it, we’ll be harvesting the first leaves of the season. For now, we focus on the work ahead—planting, nurturing, and preparing for the busy months to come.
Here’s to another season of fresh, homegrown salads from Bryan’s Salads!
